Creating Linux VM Instance using VMware will show you step by step how to create a VM using Hypervisor Type 2 Virtualization Platform such VMware Workstation. The following slideshare should be suitable to create either Debian, Ubuntu, and CentOS Virtual Linux Hardware, meaning, you should select the appropriate Linux distribution during VM hardware creation. So, let’s create what is called Blank VM, meaning, assembling the hardware before the OS setup.
